Additional Information

We are pleased to invite you to share the experience of our wonderful Florida villa and would ask that you treat the property as if it were your own home.

Unfortunately, we do have some house rules that we hope will not inconvenience our guests, but are there to help maintain the condition of our villa for you and other visitors.

We would ask that guests refrain from smoking whilst in the property, although smoking is permitted on the deck area and around the pool – ashtrays are provided for this purpose.

We would also ask, that visitors recognise that the running cost of our property can be quite expensive and would request, that guests try to keep external doors closed whilst the air-conditioning is operating in the house.

At certain times of the year, flying insects and bugs can become a nuisance and we would request, that the bug screens on the windows, the door in the bug screen around the pool area and the external doors of the property, are kept closed to prevent their entry.

Unfortunately, for the comfort and convenience of other users, no animals are allowed in the property.
