Pool and Spa heating is available at an extra charge, although during the summer months it is very rarely used – please be aware, that during the winter period, should the outside temperature fall below 55 degrees F ( 13 degree’s C ), a protection circuit is activated and the heating will automatically shut down and switch off.

An assortment of DVD’s and books, have been left in the property for your use – please remember to leave them behind when you depart, so that they are available for other visitors, when they arrive.

The telephones in the property are there for the convenience of visitors – local calls are free from all hand sets, whilst long distance calls can be made from the telephone in the Master Suite Downstairs - international calls will require the use of a credit card or phone card. Phone cards are available from the clubhouse or Walgreens, which is located adjacent to the entrance into Glenbrook.

In the unlikely event of problems with the property, then please contact the management company at the clubhouse, who will organise the appropriate resolution to the problem.
