For the golfing enthusiast, the villa is in close proximity to over 60 courses, including several award winning PGA Golf courses, many of which are open to the public and can be booked over the phone.

Both the west coast and the east coast of Florida are within easy driving distance, with Tampa, St Petersberg & Clearwater on the west coast and Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre on the east coast, well worth a visit.

The villa, has easy major road access to the area around Orlando and is conveniently located for Orlando International airport, which is approximately 35 minutes away.

There are several major retail outlets, including Publix, Winn-Dixie, K-Mart, Goodings and Eckerd Drugs, plus numerous restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Golden Corral & Fridays, all within a 5 to 10 minute drive of the villa.

As a point of information, Wal-Mart have opened a new supercentre store, very close to our villa - it is located approximately three quarters of a mile from Glenbrook on US 27 & ideally located for all your shopping needs.
