Rental Charges For 2008 Season
LOW SEASON - January, February, November, December.
MID SEASON - March, April, May, September, October.
HIGH SEASON - June, July, August.
HOLIDAY SEASON - December 19th to January 3rd, 1 Week before & 1 week after Easter.
Pool heating must be requested at time of reservation and is $115 / £65 per week.
Pool and Spa heat must be requested at time of reservation and is $145 / £80 per week.
Cleaning fees are applied to all stays of less than 5 nights, at a rate of $110 / £60 per visit.
For stays in excess of 5 nights, a Cleaning fee will be applied, at a rate of $145 / £80 per stay.
